Will the month start when the teams are announced? Do books count which have already been read and posted, read and not posted?

Previously read/posted books will not count. There will be a bit of an honor system with regards to books read but not posted. I am not going to go through everyone's shelves to check start/finish dates on books.

Another timing question - let's say I have a jumbo book that will take me three weeks to read. Can I start on March 1st, finish and post on March 21st, and have it count for the challenge? Or, in an ideal world, would the book be started on or after March 15th? I realize you guys won't be combing through shelves, but I'd like to stay on the right side of the mods' intent. :)

So, I would hope people wouldn't finish 3 books in the first two weeks of the challenge and hold them until the team game begins to post. But if in the normal course of reading you start a book on the 4th and don't finish it to post until the 16th, it's fair game. Any styles claimed (by participants in the team event) between March 15th and April 15th will be counted toward the team score.
