ABANDONED. Childrens' book, read when I was a kid in the 80s. Three wishes of Hu?

I can't find it, I think it was supposed to be 3 orphaned Chinese children. Oldest brother "Hui" or "Hu" grants a wish to each of his younger siblings. Sister wishes for nice clothes, younger brother wishes for food? I thought the title was something like, "The Three Wishes of Hu" or something but coming up empty on all searching.

When did you read this Ming? Is it a picture book or a chapter book? How did you find it--recommended for you, it was a present, it was on the Our Staff Recommends shelf at the library/book shop, the cover caught your eye?

When I was kid in the 1980s. Picture book, it was in my school library in primary/elementary school.

Four impoverished and orphaned children, who live in Hong Kong and whose names are Hu, Ha, Hai, and Ho, look forward to the Chinese New Year with despair until the eldest promises to try to fulfill a wish for each one. The first two wishes, for food and clothes, are realized when they all offer to drum up business from the tourists for a local restaurant and tailor.
