Isabella knocked again and decided to let herself in after a few minutes. "John????" she made her way to his bunk "pssstttt" she poked him"I.... Was kidding about that" she admitted "and I think its best you not leave..... You are still healing. This is a place of healing."
He moved a little but was still otherwise deep in it. He turned over away from her and snored softly."So I can't leave the med shack?" He sat down on the bed. "This will be boring. How long 'till I'm healed enough to leave?"
Isabella thought for a moment. Megan would have brought a blowjob, air horn, or anything loud and obnoxious. Isabella didn't have that. So she picked up a free pillow and whapped him in the head with it"John put you on the fast track.... So Id say maybe tomorrow, the day after that the latest" she clapped her hands together and blew out a sigh "glad to know you think I'm boring"
John moved and opened his eyes slowly. "Hmm? What time is it?" He sat up and looked around, trying to get to full consciousness. "I don't think you're boring. sitting around is boring." He looked over at her. "I think you know all the ways to not be bored around here."
Without missing a beat Isabella said "four" and whapped him again with the pillow in her hand"I do... But you'll get in a shit ton of trouble doing half the things I do... And until I give you the clean bill of health, youre not well enough to do them" she let out a jaw cracking yawn and said "speaking of health... I'm tired as fuck"
He blinked and looked over at the clock to see it was late morning. "That's nice." His eyes fluttered shut and he somehow fell asleep sitting up."Well then go sleep. In an actual bed. Could I go to my cabin then?" UK asked her.
She rolled her eyes and tossed the pillow aside, quickly leaning over and giving him a peck on the lips, sleeping beauty style"I see no problem... But report here the next day, so I can give you a looksy"
His eyes flew open and he sat straighter. "I'm awake now.""Okay. Good. Can you show me where my cabin is?" He asked.
She gave him a look and shook her head "morning sleeping beauty" she said innocently, like she ajd nothing to do with him waking up"mhhhmmmmm" she stretched with her arms over her head, and you could just hear vertebrae in her back popping "let's get going, Chop chop"
He got out of bed and stretched. "What do you want to do today?"He got off the bed and followed her out of the shack. He hadn't really seen the camp so this was his first time.
"exploring" she ran a hand over her braided hair "Megan told me there are tons of tunnels under the camp that go all over the place"She walked him through the camp, starting to give him the typical tour. Then she stopped " do you want the normal tour, or do you want to know what's good??"
"Tunnel exploring it is then." He nodded and went to go get dressed."I want the fun tour. I want to know what you know." He smirked at her, knowing she could give him the best tour out of anyone.
She handed him a bag "it had snacks and other things"She grinned nodding "OK. We will get right to it.... Tomorrow. Get some rest, and meet me in front of the infirmary. Now get some rest" she stopped at his cabin
"What snacks and what other things?" He looked in the bag to make sure Megan hadn't prepared it. Okay. It's a...deal." he almost said date. "I'll see you tomorrow. Get a lot of sleep." He walked into his cabin.
"flashlights, rope, emergency first aid, etc etc" she waved it off dismissively "the future is unclear.... But pleasant"Megan watched the door close and went across the camp to her cabin, looking forward to showing him the ropes
"So normal tunnels or Labyrinth? I'd hate to get lost on a first date." He held out his hand for her. ((SKIP TO NEXT DAY))
UK sat on the porch for the infirmary waiting for Megan. He didn't know what time to meet her so he got there in the late morning.
"normal tunnels. I won't go near the labrynth..." she took his hand almost timidly, bouncing excitedly "let's go!! Megan showed me the easiest way to get there"Megan was coming from the pavilions. Got to start the day off right with breakfast. "alright... Let me see" she walked past him into the infirmary
He walked out of his cabin with her. "Good." He walked with her to where the tunnel entrance was.He stood up when he saw Megan coming and followed her inside. "When does the tour start?"
It was actually in the hermes cabin, at Megans bunk "don't touch anything or sell kill you" she started pushing at the trunk at the foot off her bunk"when you get that clean bill of health!! I need to see how you are doing"
"Trust me I don't want to." He made sure to steer clear of all the bunks and their stuff, most of all Megan's."I'm standing here now aren't I? Do we have to do a full physical?" He leaned against a bed.
She pushed the trunk out of the way entirely and knelt where it had been "help me with this""don't forget you were poisoned, and almost bled to death. I just want to see how you are healing. Now let me see, or the tour is done for" she snapped her fingers
He nodded and knelt down with her. "Why am not I surprised Megan has a tunnel underneath her bunk?"He rolled his eyes but lifted up his shirt. The wound had closed and was starting to scar.
"how do you think she manages to sneak around??" she pulled a crowbar out of her bag and levied it into an unseen edgeShe nodded in approval "alright... We good." she pulled his shirt down, walking away, "come on!!! Tour bud waits for no one!!"
"I thought she was just really sneaky." he looked down into the hole."That's it? Not gonna check for the poison?" He followed her back outside.
"nope" she got out her flashlight and held out a hand for him to take "help me down???""if any of the poison remained, you would either be attempting to throw up you got, bleeding to death, or dead. Are you experiencing any of these?? No??? OK then" she continued on her way
He took her hand and helped her into the tunnel."Well let's start with the tour." He nodded.
She turned on the flashlight when her feet hut the ground and shined it up at him "your turn" she called upShe nodded, and stopped, looking around. A big grin crossed her face and said "lets check out the arena. We got some shit to see"
He climbed sown after her, holding on to the ledge before dropping. "Well let's get a move on shall we.""Are you gonna make me compete?" He joked as he followed her.
She shined her flashlight down the tunnels "we got three ways to choose from...""nope!!! The Ares cabin has weapons training... And I asked for a little help from the Hecatr cabin to make it more... Interesting" she grinned
"Hmmm...if only one of us was the child a the goddess of crossroads. Oh wait, that's me." he stared at the tunnels until he had a feeling from one. "Let's go to the left." "Hecate? So Johns siblings. It will be interesting to see war and magic combine." He smiled and nodded.
"and where does that one take us, Mr. Son of the goddess of crossroads???" she asked him"not magic and war.. Something that's wayyyy funnier"
"I'm not sure but I have a better feeling about it than the other ways." He told her."What may that be?" He was now even more curious.
She shrugged and shined her light down the tunnel in question "check this out" she aimed the light at the ground. The floor was packed earth, but in the middle, it seemed more frequently walked on "Megan must go this way a lot....""shhhhh you'll see" she told him reassuringly
"I hope it's not leading us to Megan. Or her secret sex dungeon." He started to walk down the tunnel. he held out his hand and a green flame lit. "Very well. I wanna see a good fight but no blood." He walked into the arena with her.
Isabella snorted "she would kill you if she heard you say that. No I think this is just normally the way she sneakers around camp.."What he say was definitely not a fight. What he did see were a ton of really frustrated, really angry Ares kids wielding.... Pool noodles. The instant one of them dropped one, it became a regular weapon, but then they try to pick it up, and it turns into a ridiculously long foam noodle
He chuckled and nodded. "I know but if we somehow find it I'll say I told you so. If she takes it so much then it should lead to more tunnels for us to choose from."He had to hold back his laughter because he was sure the Ares kids would come after him for it. He looked over at Megan. "This is an amazing prank."
"what is up with you and sex dungeons??? I think I know your kink" she laughed and continued down the tunnel "think, what's in this direction at camp??? Strawberry fields are... That way" she pointed behind themShe had a hand to her mouth to keep from laughing "it's beautiful, that's what it is." one of the Ares kids caught sight of her, and unfortunately, she was known for mischief toward them "uh oh"
His face turned red. "Let's not." He walked with her and tried to remember the camp layout. "If the strawberry fields are behind us then we are either headed to the lake, the climbing wall, dining pavilion, or the beaches.""Do we have to run? Please tell me we don't have to run." He looked from Megan to the Ares kid.
"that means the forge and the art and craft building are that way, so are the stables and the camp store" she pointed another wayShe grabbed his hand and started to tug him backwards "maybe if we don't make sudden movements...." then the asshole started shouting and drawing attention to them "run!!!!" she shouted
"Okay, I'm confused now." In the tunnels, it was hard to know where everything was and where they were. They soon came to a literal crossroads. They could either go left, right straight, forward or turn back. "What do you think?"He unknowingly squeezed her hand and ran off with her. "Where to now Tourmaster Megan?"
She spun around in a circle and pointed right "that way???" it came out sounding like a question"hypnos Cabin!!! GOGOGOGOGO!!!!" she didn't have to look behind her to know that they were being chased by a bunch of pissed off children of war waving pool noodles
He nodded. "It feels right. It leads towards the arts and crafts shack and half-blood hill." "When it happens run as fast as you can." He let go of her hand and his bow appeared. He turned around and fired an arrow. It hit at the Ares kids fee and blew up into a cloud of black smoke." He turned back and ran fast.
"and that's all???" she made a noise "so much for exploring"She did, literally taking off like the wind... At first. Then she came back around, grabbed UK again, and hauled ass to the Hypnos cabin
"I mean all these tunnels lead somewhere. Let's take the path that Megan has taken the least." He looked around until he felt the right tunnel. Sure enough, it barely had any foot traffic. He met back up with her and once they got to the cabin he collapsed on the ground. "I haven't run that fast in a while. My lungs and legs hurt."
Isabella looked down, then looked back at John "you go first..."She covered his mouth with her hand and raised a finger to her lips. One thing she learned, the Ares children were persistent when angry
"do you always have to glow?? Can it be just straight heat?" she poked at his glowing finger curiously
