What is the definition of a 'perfect nanny' for you?

There should not be such expression like 'perfect nanny'; for, at some point, parents are disappointed. It's a dangerous and contradictory position. As a nanny, you're supposed to feed ,wash, entertain and take care of a baby like the parents/mother do and on the other hand mothers always fear to lose the love of their child because they feel guilty of leaving their most treasured offspring to a perfect stranger. Indeed perfect matches stranger, not nanny! In addition, a nanny knows every detail of your life as she is on her own in your apartment whereas most of the time parents don't have a clue about her real life. Just the necessary details.
