Amy (puzumaki) | 45 comments I have a long list of books for reading, primarily from the A Book Apart series. I'm fine with anything that will help me improve user experiences, whether focused on diversity/digital divide, accessibility especially cognitive impairments, to hot topics such as VR/AR, AI, and voice to text trends. On my pile right now are Design for Real Life and Designing for Sustainability.

Nina | 18 comments I'm most interested in working with data, so anything I can use to parse, organize, update, or present data would be perfect.

Also, part of my job is to support library staff who work in all kinds of roles, which means I'd be interested in any technology topics that might be useful to them as well.

So I guess I'm up for learning just about anything!

HKMar | 18 comments I would like to read books about how the CIA spy on us via our smart phones, TVs, computers, and anything with a camera lens or mic/speaker. This invasion of privacy was then sold/allowed by Amazon/Facebook to suddenly place ads of things you were thinking about aloud or even discussing with someone without a google search or browsing or being online at the moment.

It happened to me, I was talking about getting a certain brand of soap with my bf and his desktop was turned on. We refreshed his browser and an ad for that exact soap brand was there at a discounted price. After that I finally read 1984 but it was too Big Brother for me in that moment.
