Error encountered

In topic about combining books, I asked to combine two books, but today, I saw that there is some error and books are not combined.
Can someone tell me what is that error?

If I remember correctly there has been an issue combining some books - there is a thread in the Feedback group about it.

The error has to do with the settings of the book.
When there is 1 setting: remove the setting, make the changes en add the setting back.

Not working: re-adding multiple settings
Not working: adding setting = year

The above book has 3 settings, so what until the bug is fixed before the books can be combined.
Or: remove settings, combine the books and re-add all settings when the bug is fixed.
