The Cage question

I have recently read the book "The Cage" by Ruth Minsky Sender and really enjoyed it. This book takes place during the Holocaust and travels through the journey with a girl that is 16 and has to take care of her 2 younger brothers. This family goes through many hard times but they get through it all with and without each other. I would recommend this book to someone that is mature enough and does not quit throughout reading a book. This book is a little confusing but is really good if you get into it. Has anyone ever read this book and if you did, did you enjoy it?
