SOLVED. Survival show on a island, H&h don't get along at first, contestants paired in couples

hoping someone can help me remember the name of a book I read within the last couple of years, what I remember is that there was a survival type show that the h applied to go on, there was a bunch of other people and they were put into pairs, the h was paired with the H and they didn't get along, they had to do tasks and compete against the other couples and work together, a romance begun, I can't remember what happened but by the end they had fallen out and she left to go home but then they had to meet a the after show, I'd not read anything similar to it before and remember enjoying it, and another book that I've just read reminded me of it but I can't for the life of me find it in my lists or remember the name or author, I'm gonna say there was probably some steamy scenes in it also lol
