Updating author page

I am a new author to Goodreads and need help updating my author page from my profile page. When I try to do it, I get a pop-up that says only librarians can edit author pages, yet, I haven't found any threads on the librarian page about this. Could someone please direct me to whomever does it so I can get it finished? Please?
