I don't, but the lack of information telling otherwise plus the fact that this cover wasn't "uploaded" (I don't know how to say using the correct term, it shows "not set" on the librarian log) led me to think it's a duplicate.

That only means it was uploaded before that logging was added. Presumably in 2011, when that record was created.
