So I read a book a while back and there is a girl on the back of her boyfriends motorbike and there friend is also riding with them on his bike. They all crash somehow I think maybe something pulls out .. I think they hit a brick wall. Anyway the girls boyfriend is killed and she and there friend survive. The two begin grieving together and eventually fall in love after she finds out he's loved her for a long time. They begin a relationship for a while and then I can't remember what exactly happens but I think they might crash again and then the girl wakes up in the hospital and finds out that her relationship with her friend was all fake and she imagined it whilst in a coma. It turns out her boyfriend is not dead but her friends love is very true and she starts panicking because he says they can't be together (he has no idea what she's imagined) because she's obviously still with her boyfriend.
