Since the cover was the only part not matching (title, author and publisher all belonged together), and there were no reviews indicating which book was actually intended, I've replaced the cover with the actual cover from Amazon, and completed the details: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...(The Eco book was already on GR: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...)

The cover is for an Umberto Eco book. The title seems to be the print version for this:
