Gigi (gigidy) | 4 comments I have a 2013 model of the Paperwhite.
While hospitalized family members left my Paperwhite plugged in and it fell off a table and dangled from the cord for days. As a result the recharge port was damaged.
I have purchased a new port from Amazon but no computer repair shop in my area has tools small enough to fix it.
Has anyone used a repair service that is reliable? I fear sending away my Kindle to a business I don’t know....

Definitude | 30 comments Yes, Batteries Plus also repairs cell phones. They have teeny tiny tools.

Gigi (gigidy) | 4 comments Thank you. I shall try these places.
But, has anyone had actual experience with having their port replaced?
