I told myself that I would wait until Feb. 1st to start reading but I can’t wait! I’m starting it today!! I’m so super excited about our book club! 💜💜
Currently on Chapter 5, I'm LOVING the storyline and the concept that our lives are measured in time. I can't wait to keep following Jules on her adventure in Everless. 💕
Not yet, I plan to start at the weekend. On Saturday I’m taking the kids on a train ride to London and Everless is going to be my chosen travel read! Choo choo 🚆
I finally got a little bit ahead in my school work, so last night I started reading and I'm a little over 100 pages in. I'm just not sure how I feel yet? Like, it all seems pretty predictable so far, I can definitely feel a love-triangle forming, a super special snowflake thing going on, and I'm not sure yet how I feel about any of the characters. I think I like it and I will finish it, but so far, I don't love it and I don't really care about any of the characters.
I didn’t read any yesterday. 🤦🏻♀️ I did get to chapter 6 the day before though, and I’m really enjoying it so far!!
I am shook. I finished! Please read my review if interested! We will do a chat when everyone is finished by the end of the month!
I only have like 100 more pages to go and so far I'm just "meh" about it. Like, I'm still trying configure out why Jules is so in love with Roan when THEY ONLY KNEW EACH OTHER AS CHILDREN! Like, I'm sorry, but at 7 I was definitely not in love with anyone and I find it so unrealistic that she is so infatuated with him when they were just little children. Also, I'm already sensing some things that I'm sure are supposed to be shockers and twists. I'm sorry guys, but at over halfway I'm honestly not all that interested in the plot or the characters. Am I getting old? Is this what it feels like to get old?!
No spoilersCurrently reading this book right now and I am really liking it. I really love the parts describing her and her father's relationship. And I am half way though and I am exited to see how it goes. As far as how I feel between Roan and Liam.... Its a little early on but I feel like it did in the hunger games with Gale and Peeta. I but you know how for the most part a lot of people end of on Peeta's side just because (spoiler alert) that is who she ends up with in the end. But with Roan and Liam. Yes Roan is kind. He is generous. He is inviting. But Liam is realistic. Liam is understanding of how things work. And he is starting to- well, make sense. Jules make sense in the sense of having everyone deserving a full life. And everyone does. But it is hard to see that when you want the best that is for your self and what if you best is better than everyone else's best. And At this point in the book. That how I feel that Liam gets her. I am wanting her to be with Liam in the sense that some people wanted Katniss to end up with Peeta in the first book of the hunger games even though Gale was the more obvious and more fitted choice.Makes sense right? And isn't that what authors have been doing lately? Trying to make sure that they are throwing their readers into a scenario that makes them re-check what would have been the obvious choice?
So I’m 40 pages away from being done and OMG!!! I don’t know how many OMGs and OH SHITs I’ve let out but it’s a lot! 😂 This book is so GOOD!!
Just finished, now I’m just processing it. Would I read it again? Yes I would! I think that the least likely love is the heartbreaker? Sorry trying not to spoil it! 😅
Finished it last week! I loved it! There is much to learn from a book like this. However I wouldn't have minded a little more detail in the background and I did get confused at certain points (probably on purpose) glad to have gotten all the way through it. Would recommend.
I loved reading everyone’s thoughts on Everless! We are reading the hazel wood for march and I will start a new discussion on that! Please join in!
I liked the concept of the book but maybe I’ve read too many books like this and found it a tad predictable
