Not sure what you are asking. There are three different editions (Kindle, paperback and ebook) and they are already combined: https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio...Note: ebook and Kindle are different formats on GR. Ebooks usually have an isbn.
If you do a search of the book you will see another edition not combined.
If you do a search of the book you will see that there are two entries for this book that are not combined.
Found and combined the extra edition.Victoria, next time please link to the editions as we don't generally go searching for books with other authors unless we know to do so.
