It's a perfect goal Meek! That's what I love about this group. You see goals ranging from 5 to over 300 and all of them are perfect if it suits you and your lifestyle.
I would love to read over 300 books, simply because there are so many great books out there. But I have a busy life and I'm a slow reader. Although I must say that joining this group has helped me not only to get out of my (5 year long) reading slump but to read more. So I too started with 12 books as a goal last year and ended up reading 46 books! I just couldn't believe it!!! All thanks to this group, the great challenges, the awesome group and buddy reads (which I highly recommend!!) and last but certainly not least, the amazing group members who were always supportive, motivating and encouraging.

In any case, I want to wish you the best of luck with your goal & above all, happy reading!

Meek | 4 comments Thanks Blagica, hope yours was good too!

First book done! Next I'll be finishing How to Win Friends and Influence People and hopefully will squeeze in a second book this month. Looking at books by Anthony Horowitz, Dan Brown, Robin Sloan, or Nathan Hill.

Here's my review from January's book, Sapiens:

As others have commented, this book is wildly clever and the author presents the information in a very engaging and entertaining way. Honestly, I listened to the audiobook and I'm not sure if I would've finished it nearly as quickly if I had read it due the heavy intellectual content.

Overall very mentally stimulating and eye opening read in to the past, present, and future of the sapien species.
