Are there any books from your childhood you want to/have pass(ed) on to your children?

I loved The Little House on the Prairie books and my younger daughter liked them as well. She now has a little girl who is almost two years old, so hopefully she will enjoy them too.
Talking about Harry Potter, my younger daughter got me hooked on the books, as well as her sister. Now my older daughter has started reading Harry Potter to my grandson in grade 1.
My older daughter is a big fan of The Wizard of Oz(one of my favourites too) and has already read it to my grandson, who liked it.

Probably Harry Potter, and Goosebumps since that is what got me into reading and Animorphs since it is such a well written story for both kids and adults. I'm sure I can find many more as well! Oh, and Stellaluna of course! I loved that little bat!
I grew up with Harry Potter from having The Philosopher's Stone read to me (and hiding under my covers because the troll at Halloween scared me) to starting high school the year that Deathly Hallows was released.
In short, it was a massive part of my childhood. As a result of this, it's something that I want to read to/with my children. If/when I have them.
Are there book series that had the same impact on you that you want to share with your children. I know my Mum got me the full Famous 5 collection when I was little too. I just didn't read more than a handful of them. Sorry Mum
