Was the ending predictable to you?

Though Counting by 7s was an amazing book, the ending seemed very predictable to me. Did you feel the same way or not? Did it change your impression of the book?

Yes, the ending was predictable. But then it wasn't written to be surprising. The book was more about Willows journey to get to the ending. We knew what the ending would be as soon as we met Pattie. There were clues there that she would end up adopting Willow from the very beginning. The ending wasn't important, the focus was on character development.
It really was. I didn't see Pattie and the other guy (I've had a mental blank on his name) getting together but I knew she would adopt Willow.
Predictable, maybe, but did that ruin the story for you? It certainly didn't for me.
Yes, I did predict the ending but it was a great book. I cried.
It was predictable I think, though that didn't take away from the wonderfull story.
