Species: Mei'fwa: A Mei'fwa is a magical cat-like race, they can appear to be normal humans but they have 2 distinguishing features, cat ears and a cat tail. They are known to use magic, such as Healing magic, transformation magic, etc! They aren't known to exist by many people, seeing as their species have been nearly entirely wiped out by their natural enemies, Werewolves! If you ever cross one, heres some quick info! Mei'fwas, like many other magical creatures, are quite valuable. They can be a huge help, and like the species of fox spirits known as kitsune, they are known to serve a master. (Ima make a kitsune later, so it might help to better understand this species better)
Appearance:
Personality: Yuki seems to have 3 separate personalities and 3 different Appearances.
First, her Meifwa form:
When Yuki is in this form she is rather curious and rather gentle sweet, kind, and generous. She has a need for knowledge, despite the fact she cant read. Shes rather active and rather shy. Shes often playful and does as she is told.
Second, Her Human Form:
When Yuki is in this form she is rather... outgoing. She appears to have that "Cool & spicy" theme about her. She is rather self-conscience though and often wish she didn't appear the way she did in front of others. Reality, shes a scaredy-cat whom is very caring and generous. Shes always nervous, and because of this, she becomes this girl whom seems to not care all that much and often will blow off people, even if they happen to be the coolest people there.
Finally, Her cat form:
When in this form, Yuki is rather lazy, but caring. Shes rather mean and although still very Caring and playful.
All three of these personalities have a few things in common though. Neither of them are aware of the others, and do not share the same memories, except one. They also all appear to serve their master unconditionally, in their own ways that is though. They all consume different names though. One pefers to be called Yuki, while her human side prefers to be called Yuu. And the cat prefers to be recognized as Yui.
History: Yuki was born from a poor family. She had 1 older brother, whom she looked up to. Her brother and mom were both Kitsune, and they had no idea why Yuki was born a Mei'fwa. She grew up with these two, although unknown to who was her brother and hers father may be. Her mother raised Yuki the best she could, with the little knowledge of Mei'fwas that is. Yuki, although unknowingly, developed two knew forms and Personalities.
One went to school, this Was Yuu, her human form. Yuu became popular among the fellow students, although she did not have any friends, and couldn't get close to anyone. No one realized her real self, and Many people admired her for her "cool & spicy" personality. None of the girls invited her to do anything, for they felt that she most likely wasn't going to like the things they did. And the way she dressed certainly did not help in the slightest. She never wore anything pink and certainly never wore a dress, although secretly she really wanted to. Then there was her cat form, Yui. Yui appeared whenever her brother or mother were too busy to talk to her, which was rare. Yuki was mainly around when there was no school or she was at home with her brother and mom. She had the most memories out of the three.
One day, something happen. Someone had broke into their little home, you would think it were a burglar right? Well, it wasn't. There was someone going around town lately, he was known to be a murder, and every police officer in the area was after his head. This man, was the one whom broke into the house. He was just about to kill Yuki, when, her mother saved her. The man had killed her mother in front of her, forever traumatizing Yuki, this was the memory all three of them shared. The man had turned to Yuki, ready to kill her for sure this time.. He was about a step away when she set fire to his body, killing him. She didn't sleep at all, instead she stayed by her mother's body, crying. Her brother came home the next day, from a sleepover he had with his friends, and saw Yuki there, covered in blood, still crying. He immediately saw the man and recognized him. He called the police and then started to comfort his little sister. He told her that they had to get out of there, for the police would probably want to question her, despite the fact of her traumatized state. They hid for about a month, by then they were wanted by the police, and this continued for about 2 years. Eventually they found Camp-half blood, after their last hiding spot had been found by the police. Her brother, Katzu, Had carried her, for one of the police had shot her leg. He went in the camp to find some help, and soon saw a Satyr. He and Yuki soon found out that they were in a camp of Demi gods, and that they themselves were Demi gods as well.

Species: Kitsune: Kistune are a species of Fox spirits. They serve their masters unconditionally and are known for their sealing abilities. If they fail to serve a master, they slowly become deadly. Their touch begins to kill things, starting with plants, and eventually gets to the point where if a human breathed in the air around them they would die, kind of like Poison. It eventually gets to the point where the bearer eventually dies themselves, for the fact that the need for life force becomes to great for the body to handle. Whenever something dies, the kitsune with no master, commonly known as a rogue lowly fox, consumes life force from said creature. This is why they are known to serve someone, to prevent this from happening. Then, although rare, there can be some born with 2 tails or more. The rarest is 9 tails, The ones with 9 tails are known as the "Nine tail demon Beast". For they can be extremely deadly, untrustworthy, and michevious. Although, the only reason they act this way and are known to have these qualities, is because of how they are treated as outcasts.
Appearance:
Personality: Unlike his sister, he does not have three different personels. He is rather loyal and would do anything for his younger sister. He is caring, generous, and kind. Hes also very logical and gets along with Yuu, Yuki, and Yui. He knows them best and knows practically everything about them. He is fairly playful, and will tease his sister often, often toying with her emotions, making many mistakening them for having a brother-sister complex.
History: Katzu was born in a poor family with his mother and Sister, completely unaware to whom his father was. He was always protective over Yuki, and was immediately the first person to realize when something was wrong or when she seemed to be changing. He was the first person to notice his sister's different personels and her different Forms. He did not mention it for it may cause too much commotion. Instead, he took the time to get to know all three personels better. He soon knew almost everything about them. He attended the same school as his sister, only two grades ahead of her. He would always eat lunch with her at school and walk home with her. Many people whom thought of Yuu as cool, found out and thought of it as a whole other side of her. They simply thought she was even cooler for when they asked, she simply said, "We are just related. Its only natural that we spend time together, but it doesn't mean anything." and she blew them off. Katzu, also became very popular, especially among the girls. He soon became the student counsil president, and was known as "The Prince", making him even more popular. One Friday afternoon, he informed his mother and sister that he was going to a sleepover at a friend's house, whom needed help studying for the midterms. He came back the next day and saw Yuki crying as she sat besides their mother, covered in blood. He saw the murder immediately after. He called the police and told Yuki that they should get out of there and hide for a bit, until things had calmed down a bit that way the police wont question her. This turned out opposite of what was planned and they soon found their last hiding spot in town. They tried to run but one of the police shot Yuki's leg. Katzu had brought her up the hill and discovered camp half blood. He soon found out the truth about the place and found out about his father not long afterwards.

Appearance: She has blond, almost white, hair. when she is human she has pale blue eyes and when she shapeshifts they become violet or black. She is this and almost fragile looking. About 5'5". Her hair is a few inches past shoulder length.
Personality: She can be deceiving when you first meet her. She seems quiet and studious, which can make her intimidating to talk to. However if you start a conversation with her she is really fun to talk to. She is really good at reading people as a result of the time she spends observing the people around her. She is very smart and clever, as you get to know her her sassy side will come out. Depending on the personality of her friend she will adjust her sassiness to theirs. If someone is very competitive she will openly argue with them (and usually be right). To those who see her with these friends they will look like enemies but they are actually really good friends. She is really good to come to for advice because she cares a lot about others and knows what people are prone to do.
History: When she was young (before she knew who she really was) she was afraid of the water because her stepdad would tell her scary stories. Her mom also drowned. After she fell in love with Poseidon she began to hate him for leaving her. He tried to save her from drowning herself but she was determined to die that way and eventually he had to let her go. after this he came to Jaclyn personally to claim her and point her to camp half-blood. She was 10. She swam for the first time at camp and loved it.

I. jackson’s mother isn’t very well known. when she met his father in one of her earth forms, she thought she could get away with staying with him for longer than she usually could — his whole lifetime, perhaps. she had three children with him: jackson, nadia, and camile. a year after camile’s birth, however, she was called back to olympus. finally, someone had recognized her. it was poor timing, though. she missed out on her children growing up.
II. jackson was always an easy child to take care of, and when camile and nadia came along, it was even easier. he would help take care of them, even if he was only four. he loved his family with all of his heart and didn’t understand why his mother would leave. now, of course, mnemosyne had explained everything to james, so he was just waiting for the right time to send his kids to camp. they’d only stay for the summers, of course, and live with him the rest of the time.
III. when jackson was ten years old, and camile and nadia had just turned seven, the monsters began to come. james told his kids everything, and prepared to send them away. he supposed they were attracted to jackson the most, so he was packed and ready to go the day the hellhound came. nadia and camile were walking home from school, like any normal day, when a huge, black dog jumped out of the bushes. jackson froze in fear and watched as camile tried to protect nadia and was mauled. james joined the fight. he wasn’t a demigod, though, and the hellhound made quick work of him. nadia ran away, screaming. camile died. james died.
and jackson had done nothing.
VI. a satyr found the two of four left, huddling together in their empty house, waiting for james to open the door with camile in his arms. he escorted them to camp. jackson never quite found his place, halfway between the athena campers and the hypnos demigods. he’s still unsure of his stature, and prefers to just bypass it all and be alone.

jackson’s powers sound an awful lot like a hypnos-athena hybrid. mnemosyne is the goddess of memory, though, so his powers are more related to the interior of others’ minds than his own. he can see into people’s minds, sure, but he can’t exactly read their thoughts. he can create or clear memories from their minds. in creating memories, he can make them do things that, in the future, they’ll remember doing. it’s confusing, but it works. he can basically read emotions, because the one you were feeling a moment before isn’t really subject to change in the span of a second.

jackson was always a more quiet kid, reserved and withdrawn. he’s pretty chill with most everything and doesn’t like pressure or action. he hates the spotlight, too. his history has affected him, and now he’s protective and loyal. he might push you away at the beginning, to avoid getting close. he doesn’t want to get hurt. inside, though, he’s just a big teddy bear. he’s sweet and caring, and trustworthy all the way through. he loves being around people he likes, and just watching them. trying to be more like them. he’s a more introverted person, definitely, but under his shell is a puppy.

II. nadie always had a protective streak, and though she wasn’t without compassion, she was a bit mean throughout her childhood. camile was always there, though, to round out her hardened edges. her personality rivaled nadia: kind, soft, gentle. they loved each other to the moon and back, though. nadia pretty much loved her whole family. except for her mom, who’d left. if nadia ever had kids, she knew she wouldn’t just abandon them, ever.
III. on camile and nadia’s seventh birthday, camile was jumping around in the yard, waving her new phone she’d gotten as a birthday gift. nadia wasn’t far behind her. a few minutes later, a hellhound attacked. and, of course, camile and her selflessness came along and ruined nadia’s life. she saw her own sister killed, and then her own father. she ran. until jackson found her and brought her home — but she didn’t want to be there, with bodies in the yard. the satyr came, and she was terrified. she nearly fainted twice.
VI. nadia’s camp days are harder than her quests or free ones. she absolutely hates doing what she’s told, which is the epitome of camp. she’s definitely adjusted, though it did take a while for her to come out of shock, and then mourn. she wasn’t used to anything. but the changed environment helped, she knew. she didn’t have any memories of camile here.

though jackson can target other’s minds, nadia can enhance her own. she has photographic memory and can remember almost anything. she can wipe her own memory. she can force herself to do things. she thinks it was supposed to be used in conjunction with camile’s power, so they could affect each other and not themselves, because that’s just kind of pointless. she doesn’t use her power often. it reminds her of her lost sister.

nadia never grew out of her protectiveness. camile’s death, while making jackson wither, made her stronger. she’s even more loud and protective than she was before. though her emotions are a bit fragile, she never shows it. she remains a cold slate on the exterior. she’s very disagreeable and will go to strange lengths to prove someone wrong. she has a high sense of pride and dignity, but thankfully can take an insult gracefully. not that she likes it. she’ll fight back with all of her fire, of course. that’s graceful for nadia.

nadia is pretty tall for a girl her age, at 5’5. she knows she’s good looking, but doesn’t really care anything about it. if someone wants her, they’ve gotta like her whole self, not just her hair. she takes wonderful care of her hair though, and it’s wavy and soft. though the nature of it is coarse, rough brown hair, she’s died it purple for longer than she can remember.
she has a lot more freckles than jackson and is definitely more tan. she savors the workouts at camp, and therefore spends much more time outdoors.

I. logan’s mother was born in virginia, and never left the state. when she was twenty-six, she was beautiful enough to attract the attention of hermès, and he immediately fell in love with her aloof personality. she had a child with him, and never understood why he left. a year later, hermes visited her to check in and told her everything. she carried the heavy knowledge with her for years, until she remarried. her new husband already had two sons. his wife had died in a car accident. logan was six when he got his new family.
II. logan never really got along with his brothers and father well. they were bullies. he’d been told of his lineage when he was eight, and he knew where camp was and everything. he was just waiting for the right time. eventually, though, when he was nine and a half, he snuck out, leaving only a note on his mother’s pillow. he made it halfway to new york, stealing and hitchhiking. he met up with two kids who were also on their way to the camp: rose and ruslan. ruslan was a fellow daughter of hermes, and rose a daughter of iris. the trio became close over the journey, and even logan let his guard fall for a while.
III. the three demigods finally made it to camp, and went about their own ways. ruslan and logan stuck together more, whereas rose seemed to fade into the background. he didn’t mind though. she’d always liked to go unnoticed. logan fit in pretty well with the hermès cabin and their scheming, and never once missed home. other than his mom, of course, and occasionally his brothers’ grumpy cat, sebastian.
VI. logan went on a quest with jaclyn, and they discovered a web of mysteries underneath the whole ordeal. he had the added stress of that when he came home just in time to see ruslan killed at the hands of a rowdy ares camper. his grief is still fresh, and he doesn’t think he’ll ever be the same. he probably won’t.

his powers are pretty stereotypical for a hermès camper. his mind is naturally hardwired for sneaking and pranks, so he can pull both off easily. he’s also unusually fast, which can definitely help him as a demigod. mostly, though, he just uses his powers to swipe a snack or two from the minet mart just outside of camp.

logan is very, very friendly and extremely talkative. if he doesn’t know you, he’ll meet you. he can be a bit disagreeable, though. he never lets anyone under his skin, unless he really cares about them. despite his friendly, not-serious exterior, he’s careful with who he trusts and is loyal to. he sees it as a kind of test. if he pushes someone away but they care enough it come back, then they’re worth it. his harder exterior is just a front, though. inside, he’s joking and warm, and absolutely loves being around people. he’s still sarcastic, but not in a mean-spirited way. his marshmallow-y interior is carefully guarded, though, so most know him as the secretive hermès camper, which is sort of impossible.

logan’s definitely confident about his looks. once you get past his shell, he’ll flirt and maybe be a touch arrogant.
his face is super freckly, and his eyes shift between blue-green to total green. his hair is a golden-brown. despite all of his laying low, he’s muscled from his years on the run and his continuous workouts at camp. it’s required! he’s still a bit lanky and hermès-like, but that doesn’t mean he’s super tall. logan’s average height, about 5’10. his skin is tan, like any person who loves the sunlight. he usually wears casual stuff, the once-in-a-while fancy shirt (but still moveable) for occasions.
he’s got less scars than most campers, the most noticeable across his collarbone, nearly a slit throat. it’s from a rogue group of dangerous demigods that logan, rose, and ruslan had run into on their way to camp. they’d been rounded up after notification, and reformed. logan’s only other defining feature is the birthmark on his right upper arm.faceclaim: froy gutierrez

description maybe in another mundane life, timber could've been a star child. she was indeed gifted, even if phrike never had time to enhance those gifts. unfortunately, as timber grew older, her innocence had disappeared, replaced with blood-thirst and fear. fear of her mother and fear of herself.
timber can be considered a ruthless warrior; she wins almost every practice battle, though most people forfeit at the mere idea of going against a girl that's been trained to kill since birth. timber resents many of the demigods, and even the gods themselves, for not having the mind to save her from her mother, but could never go so far as to overthrow them.

she's the daughter of phrike, conceived in an ever-lasting nightmare. the jeong siblings, nearly three years apart, both damaged in their own ways, the youngest more visibly than her elder brother.
her mother saw her strength from an early age, and used her fears to manipulate her into the perfect warrior. the child was gifted with fear manipulation and pain manipulation. she was the perfect solider; the girl didn't feel pain, she was wasn't afraid of anything.except of her mother.
II.
she was six when her mother began her twisted training. phrike manipulated her pleasure neurons to make her feel joy when she took a life. made the images of each life repeat in her mind over and over again as she slept. the images blood on her hands spilling over being the most repetitive.
her elder brother tried to stop it, tried to protect her, but he couldn't. the wedge grew quickly between them, and it only furthered when he became her target, thankfully to their mother.
III.
at age fifteen timber watched eider bleed from the wound she inflicted and she had no choice but to run, unsure of whether or not her brother survived. he was not home when she returned upon her mother'scommandinstructions. the man who had raised her was next. jeong hansol, her own father. he knew what was coming as soon as he saw her breaking in to his apartment in seoul, and accepted it. "i tried," were the last words spilling from his lips.
IV.
the break came at the age of sixteen when her bloodstained lips spoke to the heavens. "mother, are you proud of me yet?" she yelled, and didn't get an answer. there was nothing to anchor her; nothing to save her from her self-destruction, her attempts to finally free herself of her mother, and her failures.
a red stained blur in her memory, and the knowledge that another had died, before she stumbled into camp, covered in blood—half of it hers. anyone who looked at her was already afraid, but she channeled and amplified it all. she needed help, and she didn't know how to ask for it. she yearned for her brother, whom for all she knew was dead or trapped with their mother.
one year later, she wasn't afraid of anyone but herself.

History: HIs whole life Justin has been on the run. His mother and step-father were abusive to him so he left when he was 6. his family never looked for him. His mother told him that his father was Apollo and Justin instantly hated the idea. He didn't need anyone or anything telling him what to do. When he stumbled upon the camp the only reason he stayed was that he had not eaten for 3 days. chiron convinced him to stay but he didn't stay in the Apollo cabin. He hated his half-siblings and prefered to stay in the Hermes cabin where everyone left him alone. They tried to do pranks on him and Logan had tried to befriend him but that stopped really quick because he would make them sick in revenge.

History: at the age of 10, his father and step-mom got divorced, Malcolm was depressed, and wished he had better luck after that his dad got alcoholic and abusive, Malcolm and his younger brother ran away, after living in a foster home for 2 years, Malcolm's friend brought him to Camp Half-Blood after that every summer he would go there with his new friends.

Personalities: Both are very stuck up. They got their pride from their mother. Angel is, at first glance, the nicer of the two. She is very polite and loves to work with others. There's a catch, however, if you hurt her feelings you better get lost because she holds on to grudges until she feels like you have paid for what you did. She will use her powers of persuasion to turn people against you. She beats you up emotionally and socially until you cannot take it anymore and apologize. She loves heartfelt apologies, almost as much as she loves continuing to torment you secretly after she "forgives you."
Theo is good at almost everything and loves to rub that in people's faces. However, if you get to know him he is a completely loyal friend you can trust.
History: They were actually kind of raised by their mother. She left them with nymphs who cared for them and visited them once or twice a week. She trained them to fight and even introduced them to some of the other gods. Surprisingly, Ares took a liking to them and now watches them like he does with his own children. They went to camp for the first time when they were 10, brought there by the nymphs.

I. emilia’s father was born and raised in california, and he intended to stay there his whole life to continue working on his lifetime-long greenhouse effect project. he was a genuinely good person. that’s what attracted flora. not his looks or money, his attitude towards life. she had a child with him, but sadly couldn’t stay. she was a goddess, after all. she offered to let him live in olympus with her, but it didn’t feel right to him. he turned down her offer, not unkindly, and began to raise his child.
II. emilia’s upbringing was a troublesome one. even as a child, she was very disagreeable and energetic. she still loved her father, though. when she turned eight, she began to get her first letters. every so often, one would come in the mail. they contained carefully scripted letters, threatening her safety. she never told her father, only thinking he’d worry. plus, she was a selfish little brat.
III. when emilia finally became thirteen, she began to lose her mean streak. she realized that it would definitely be better if she told her father about the threats on her life; he’d protect her. what she didn’t know was how soon he’d take action. the next month, they were planning on moving from cali to maine, the farthest away you can get. they boarded the plane at 1:00 pm eastern time, and it crashed at 6:00. emilia was the only survivor. her mother had been observing her, and took pity on the girl. she led her to camp with an array of flower paths. em suspects the threats were from the same people who tried to kill her in the plane. to everyone in the outside world, she’s dead, so they’re not coming after her anytime soon.
VI. emilia’s first couple of years at camp were hard, both because of her father and the unfamiliarity of the place. eventually, though, she settled into the dependent rhythm of things, and accepted her place. she hasn’t interacted with any campers much, and doesn’t intend to. she’s fine on her own.

most think of em as the demeter girl. she’s related to them, but her mother is flora, not the goddess of agriculture. she can control plant’s growth, and basically give them a consciousness when she’s around. they have their own reactions, and fast ones, at that. she can sometimes even hear them, but that’s rare, considering she’s the one giving the, the voice at all.

emilia used to be very bright. perpetually happy. energetic, and vivid. she had a strong presence, and everyone loved her. after her father’s death, however, she was so broken that she began to withdraw into herself. she was quiet, taking comfort in the depths of silence. she didn’t talk for months upon arrival. when she did begin to come out of her shell, it was in small bursts at a time. she’s still reserved, and incredibly shy. she acts like a doe. emilia isn’t quick to trust, and she’s not very loyal either. she’d rather be protected than protect you. she’s more peaceful, now, but still at odds with herself.

She can be clever when she thinks, but rarely does before her actions. Before she discovered she was a demigod, she wanted to be the president. She had one friend (her sister) who passed away from leukemia when she was 10. She hates technology, enjoys martial arts and math, and despises tests. She often argues with her teachers and forgets to wear shoes to school.
History: Her single mother left her and her sister as homeless orphans on the street when Fern was 8 and her sister was 5. They managed to find a safe home by they time Fern was 10, but 2 years later at 9 years old, her sister died. One year later their adopted parents died from a monster attack, so now Fern is a foster child again.

I. london’s mother was born in london, and never left the place. she loved it, so much that she named her daughter after it. she was married, and had two boys already. when she was thirty, she unintentionally attracted the attention of erebus. he told her right off the bat that he was a god. she had an affair with him that resulted in a child. erebus asked to raise the child in the underworld, so maria handed her over. she told herself it was better to not expose her sons to the influence of a dark demigod.
II. london was raised in a wing of hades’s castle the belonged to her father, the god of shadows and darkness. every day she heard sounds of pain through her window. her father would make her watch as souls were tortured again and again, but what really killed her was the wandering, waiting ghosts in asphodel. the underworld seemed like her own personal hell, and she couldn’t wait to get out.
III. when she was thirteen, she appealed to her father, and showed her how much she’d learned about her abilities. she gave an impressive repepresentation, so he, in all fairness, granted her wish and let her live free. after a few months in the real world, however, she learned that not all monsters respected daughters of hell. so she followed the halfway-dormant tug at the back of her mind and somehow ended up at camp half-blood.
VI. she didn’t really fit in for the first year. she was always asked if she was a daughter of hades, and when she answered, they just gave her a confused look. it didn’t stop her friendliness, though. she trained and trained and learned, and still hasn’t gone on a quest. that’ll be the culmination of her time at camp, and then she’ll have to go back to the underworld. the deal she’d made so long ago has stuck with her.

london’s disposition is a bit strange, considering her upbringing. when she lived down there, she was always grumpy and sad. now, she’s letting her caged up feelings flow out in the days that she missed. she’s very talkative, and absolutely loves meeting new people. she’s not very trusting, though, considering what her mother did to her. she’s almost loyal to a fault. london’s smart, and her quickness combined with that usually gets her on top in a fight. she doesn’t like to be in charge, though she won’t mind if she is. she loves talking. london doesn’t really censor her words, though. she’ll say the truth, what’s on top of her head, and then she’ll usually clap a hand over her mouth and say sorry. she never lies, though that might not be all good.

He is fond of cats and would often take stray ones in and find them homes.
History: He grew up with a father. After a few years his father eventually got married. He did not like his father's wife and refused to call her "Mom". She pretended to be nice when his father was around but she was really mean. Eventually His father and Step mother had a child. Katzu was only 5 at the time. At first he didn't like the fact that his father had another child with someone other than his mother, but as years went by he grew to love his little sister. Eventually, his father died in a car crash. Afterwards His stepmother became meaner, not holding back her foul personality anymore. She would often abuse Hiro, such as slapping him, which eventually led up to chocking. One day she got mad at Hiro's little sister, Amy, and she slapped her for the first time. Hiro got mad and called his step mother a B*tch. She locked him in the shed and told him to think about what he did. That night there was a huge storm and lightning struck the power box, setting it on fire, and spreading throughout the house/ His step mother made it out alive. When Hiro smelled the smoke he broke down the shed door. The firemen were already there trying to put the fire out. When he didn't see his little sister outside, he insisted on going inside the building to find her, but was detained by the police.
After the fire was put out the police went in to see what may have caused the fire. They later found Amy locked in the basement, where she died from an asthma attack (lack of oxygen). She wasn't burned, for the fire couldn't get into the basement, for it was made of stone. But plenty of smoke did get in through the reinforced door. She was found with many injuries and bruises. The police questioned Hiro and the step mother. She told them that Hiro despised his little sister, and abused her a lot. And that if she ever told someone, he would slit her throat. Hiro on the other hand told the truth. He told them that his stepmother was very abusive and had locked him in the shed that night. He told them that she probably had locked his sister down there after beating her. Unlike his stepmother, he had proof. He showed them many injuries and bruises of his own, and even later brought them to the house and showed them some camera footage from the camera's that were set up all around the house. Hiro and his father had designed these camera's to resist both fire and water. She was shortly arrested afterwards and Hiro buried his little sister. He soon found out about a letter his mother and father had written him, probably before she died. He read the letter and found out that he was different, that he was a demigod and that his mother was Aphrodite. Hiro decided to believe it, because it explained a lot of things such as, why every girl in his school seemed liked him and why he got constant love letters and confessions.

History: He was abandoned at birth and raised by a satyr (think coach Hedge and Nico mashed together). The satyr told him that he would do better at camp but he didn't want to go. The satyr then said that his work was done and left him in the streets of Downtown, New York. Eventually he changed his mind and found his way to camp, arriving bloody and bruised after fighting two hellhounds and sending them back to the underworld. That was 3 months ago.

often times they'd go to cafes or public facilities that offered access to technology and free food. over time, the twins took interest in computers and with small experience of trading items on the street with other beggars, the two decided to create a business. slowly but surely, the two gained large amounts of money through their online business, which got them off the street and maintaining a stable livelihood.
