Set default cover button missing

Hello,

Thanks to your kind help I was able to have the more current cover of this book added. I tried to follow the instructions to set the default edition for this work, but it is not working. Here is what I did:

1. Navigated to book page and selected the edition I wanted to become the primary edition.
2. Clicked on "edit details" below the book description.
3. Searched frantically for a button that would allow me to set that book as the primary edition, checked again, tried the whole process again, read boards about the topic, and...the button is just not there for me.

I took a screenshot so I could show you I'm not crazy, but it won't let me upload a screenshot. Is there any way for you to update the default edition on your end? The current cover looks like this:

Miranda, you can't set the default edition because you aren't the primary author. Can you get James to do it instead?

Failing that you'll need to contact support as only the primary author or staff can do it.
