The kindle edition already has a page count which matches amazon.
The link you posted is to the ebook edition.
that is something different than the kindle edition and we can not take a pagecount from a different edition and put it there.

For ebooks only the official pagecounts by the publisher are official as on different devices there may be a great variety of "correct" pages - so if the publisher page doesn't list a page count we can't set one.
And yes that makes a lot of ebook editions without any page count unfortunately.
