I will be reading Crying Lot and Go Tell It on the Mountain (from the TBR challenge). I hope to start on Blonde.
I’ve read The Crying of Lot 49 and Good Morning Midnight doesn’t seem to be available as a ebook. So maybe the second, but I’m not sure.
I will read The Crying of Lot 49. I read Good Morning, Midnight. It is short in length. I read a library copy and it was in book along with Quartet.
I don't have either book on hand, so I might focus on Blonde and the other challenges instead. We'll see.
I will be reading Crying Lot, whichever TBR book gets selected, and the Feb perspectives book. I’ve already read Blonde and Good jight, Midnight.
And if my annual read copy ever shows up, I’ll start that too

Super! I'll be reading Crying Lot. I have read it before, and it is the only Pynchon I have read. I think it will be a great discussion! I am also hoping to read my TBR selection.
I will definitely be reading The Crying of Lot 49, and I think the library can get me Good Morning, Midnight. And of course I'll be reading whatever book gets drawn from the TBR challenge, and probably a book from the diversity challenge.
Unbelievably, my library system doesn't have The Crying of Lot 49. But it does have Good Morning, Midnight so I'll read that one at least.
I will aim to read both, will also be reading Blonde and Marsh and whatever the TBR throws out :)
I am aiming to read them both. Neither are available in my local libraries, so I will have to try interloan which is always tricky to read within the stipulated month.
Urk, the really affordable Kindle edition of "The Crying of Lot 49" is actually a Sparks Notes edition. Glad I noticed that before buying it. Nvm, I can get a used paperback copy instead.

I'm not sure which book to read. I really dislike satire, so leaning toward Good Morning Midnight which everyone seems to say is horribly depressing. Hmmm.
The fact that there is a Kindle edition of The Crying of Lot 49 will probably win the day . . .especially since it is available on Overdrive.
I won't be reading either one as I am tryingto read from my already owned and/or ebooks.
I will be working on the challenges as well.
I just joined the group and am psyched to read Good Morning, Midnight for my 1st group read with you folks. I ordered a used copy (less than $5) and received it in today's mail. I have access to 4 library systems, but only one of them had a copy, and it is checked out. Caution: There are a couple other novels with this title.I read The Crying of Lot 49 two years ago- I'll be interested in following the comments on it as well. It's certainly one of the weird ones.

Welcome aboard George looking forward to discussing the books with you.

Welcome George - My library system has one copy also and many other books with the same title. Strangely mine is checked out also. I hope to get it before the end of March though.
Hi there. I just saw this thread. Apparently Rhys' book has been on my TBR for a while. I will pick up a copy from the library as soon as I am done with the current BOTMs ;D
I'm going to see if my library has Lot 49. If they do I'll read that one. I considered Morning, but frankly, I haven't been in a good place in my own life lately and from the sounds of it this book won't help lift me out of that. =/

Hi and welcome! Glad you're jumping right in! I hope you enjoy the group and how lucky that we're reading a book you want to read in March!

Thanks. Just at a bit of a crossroads. Nothing a good (not depressing!) book and some ice cream won't fix. ;)
