Please remove this book uploaded by Amazon. It's listed under the wrong author (mine has an extra space between my first and last name), and the blurb is out of date. I had previously added the book with the correct info.

Moved to your profile and combined. Will there only be a kindle edition? If so, we can merge the extra edition, but we have to keep the one with ASIN. I've changed the description to your updated one.
