Emily Leyland (emilyleyl) | 18 comments This one should be pretty easy! Just search books on the TN site and you'll find about a thousand recommendations.

My choice was The City of Brass The City of Brass (The Daevabad Trilogy, #1) by S.A. Chakraborty

It's amazing. I definitely recommend it for anyone that wants fantasy but maybe not faeries or princesses for a change.

Lindsay (lindsaymccomber) | 6 comments My choice on this one (OK, I was already reading it before your challenge came out, but I can check this off the list) is Red Queen Red Queen (Red Queen, #1) by Victoria Aveyard I'm actually reading the third book already. It's good but not amazing. I'm still reading 3 books in, so there's that! I like that the main character has plenty of flaws.

B (bwheat) | 12 comments Kresley Cole, Arcana Chronicles, Dark Calling. I started reading this series because of this book club!

Does it get better? The first chapter or so was basically The Hunger Games to me.

I really enjoyed this series. It's a little harder than Hunger Games. Mare is more of a bi*** if you know what I mean. And while it does have a couple things in common with Hunger Games I think the story is more interesting and has less children killing each other...
