Yes, I added it so that librarians will see it if working on that edition. I wasn't sure about adding it to the book description itself.

Year: 1993 (I find references for this ISBN to the years 1994, 1995 and 1996 also, these are later imprints.)
I suggest a librarian's note is added to this edition concerning the cover. The current cover photo is actually the unsleeved hardback, unusually elaborately designed for a book which also has a paper jacket. The paper jacket looks distinctly different (almost black).
