He waved, smiling. He nudged Evey's shoulder with his. "Evey, and Josh's bakery."

He kissed her cheek. "Yes it is."
He smiled at her, baking some bread.
He smiled. "I love you, you know that?"
He nodded. "Good." He didn't take his eyes off of her while he put the bread in the oven.
She leaned over to reach a lower cabinet, pulling out a pie tin.
He smiled and watched her. "Need help lovely?"
He smiled and did so, getting them from a high shelf that was above her.
He took one again.
He smiled and kissed her back, the pecan still in his hand. "I really really really love you."
"I really really really love pecans," she said, stealing the nut.
He smiled. "Guess that makes two of us."
He bit his lip. "B-boyfriend?" She had a boyfriend?!? His voice cracked when he said the word.
"My amazing boyfriend," she said, kissing him.
He smiled. Oh..... But that still was too. He kissed her back, holding her.
He smiled and kissed her again. "I hope you're talking about me...."
He smiled. "Good." He held her in his arms and looked at her. She really was beautiful.
"The other boyfriend isn't nearly so nice," she teased.
He looked at her. "You have another boyfriend?" He asked, he voice cracked at the word again. He swallowed.
He smiled. "Oh.... Sorry..." He didn't know that.
He was glad she didn't have another boyfriend. He'd never had a girlfriend, too busy taking care of his family.
He wanted to ask though. "E-Evey?" He asked nervously.

"I-is it lame that I'm nineteen and never had a girlfriend before you came along?" He asked, looking at her.
He'd hoped it wasn't.
He smiled widely. "Okay..."
He smiled. "You're even better."
He smiled. "And you're perfect."
He kissed her, man he loved this girl...
He smiled, brushing her hair back. "I'm actually glad today's a slow day." Hardly anyone had arrived.
He smiled and wondered. "Have you had any boyfriends?" He asked, curious.
