Better method to get book title?

I'm looking to take a bookID like 7940930 and turn it into a title like "Magic Bites (Kate Daniels, #1)".

Currently, I'm using (example: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/7...)

Due to the number of reviews (I think) this request takes nearly a minute. Is there a way I can request less data or remove the reviews from the request?
