2018 Goodreads Challenge

How many books have you challenged yourself to read this year? Do you plan what books you're going to read and when you'll finish them or do you read as you please and not worry about whether you complete or exceed your challenge? I'd love to know everyone's thoughts!

I've only challenged myself to read 25 books this year. I may up my challenge but I've found that lately I don't tend to read nearly as much as I used to. Between work and finding I've outgrown some genres and authors, it's harder to find books that I enjoy. My reading philosophy is always to wing it too so I suck at planning and following through. I read when I can and whatever I'm in the mood for.

My goal is 100 books as usual but I'm not sure I'll make it this year. We shall see. Also want to read more thrillers this year and re-read the Artemis Fowl series AND Airman.
