Website Tool Suggestions

Hey Guys,

I'm going to be helping a friend make a website for their nonprofit, and I wanted some recommendations for website creation tools (like Squarespace, which is the only one I can think of right now).

Free or cheap is best, but if you think it's worth the price, let me know! :)

I know, not technically a book recommendation request, but I figure this is the best section.

Not the ubiquitous Wordpress? I’ve built a couple of websites using it. Fairly easy, a whole bunch of templates and lots of community support. Wordpress.com has hosted solutions. I’ve heard good things about medium.com.
