SOLVED. Fantasy Vampire Bride Book from the 80s

Okay I read this book around 2007-2011. I say that because I was in high school. I had it found at one time but switched computers.

Book was definitely written in the 80s - if I remember correctly. No it isn't Anne Rice. I have those.

Vampire has been turned by a sea (this might be wrong) witch (this is definitely right) and she's got like eleven "sons" - she kidnapped them all - and they serve her. Well the vampire must take so many brides and give the witch their hearts or something like that. So he takes women from the nearby village where is castle is and marries them. Eventually he falls for the last one that he takes and they end up in a relationship.There were like 3 books in the series and had a very cool cover on the book - think Arthurian to some level.

It was an Anthology in one book when I read it in high school and I'd really like to find it again because I want to read it!
