ABANDONED. Childrens book about a bug who drives a car in a city

i read the book back when I was in elementary school but do not remember what it was about but it had a bug who drove in a car I believe the cover had a bug in a car driving in a city it had all bugs as characters it wasn't a short book it was meant for kids at a very young age with short sentences it wasn't a Richard Scarry book either it was some kind of children's book though?

no that's not it but its like a beetle I believe not a spider

it was early 2000s when I read it so probably not
