Books 1-4: I do not have them yet as they are in my to-read list. I have looked at the paperback editions of the books and compared those to the Amazon.ca paperbacks with the same ISBN codes to find the no. of pages.

6 is a research article. Thus, I do not know why it is on Goodreads. Also, the following is a research article as well:
