A Line in the Dark question

Hi! I was wondering what other people's interpretations were of the ending of this novel? Did Angie intentionally murder Ryan? I felt as though it seemed accidental, but the second-to-last line, "She's wearing gloves," made me feel like it was Lo's way of saying it wasn't such an accident after all. Let me know what you think!
