Hey everyone! So I finished these chapters the day we posted but didn’t post then 🤦🏼‍♀️. But I always liked these chapters leading up to the big events. I liked getting to see a little bit of Thurmond I hope we get to see a bit more of what goes on in the camps so viewers who haven’t read the books have more sympathy for the children within these camps. Id like to think I’d take the medicine like ruby did. But I don’t know if I would have. Part of me thinks I would but the other would have been terrified of being caught and killed on the spot. Do you think you would take the medicine Cate gave her?
