Hi everyone,

I've been about in this forum for a while but just thought I'd post in this section now that my YA book has finally been released on Amazon.

It's a YA fantasy and the first in a trilogy. The series is called The Watchtower Chronicles and book 1 is Rise of the Guardians.

Here's a little synopsis for you:

Alexa Powell has always been waiting for something out of the ordinary to happen. She has always felt out of place and is in search of some deeper meaning to her life. When it finally arrives, it isn’t exactly what she is expecting. Alexa is alone, dangerous and needs to seek help fast.

In her search for some guidance Alexa meets a young Wiccan, River, who is blessed with the gift of foresight. River had foreseen Alexa’s visit, having a vision of a girl with the ability to create and control fire. She explains to Alexa that there are only three others like her in the world. No one knows the identity of these people but each of them has power over one of the four elements: earth, air, fire and water. Together these four people are known as the Guardians and have the ability to both create and control their own element.

With help and guidance from River and the rest of her Wiccan coven, Alexa must locate the three remaining Guardians and together they must stop a great evil that is threatening the world.


This is a story about ordinary people who have possess extra-ordinary powers. There is mystery, adventure and all manner of magical beings. It’s a classic tale of good versus evil aiming to stretch your imagination as far you can allow.
