Jalinda must learn to use her Extraordinary Power to help the warparty succeed, facing the forces that do not want them to succeed. Her warparty is counting on her.

Love On The Run
I published my debut climate science fiction novel, “Trek Across a Changed Land” on April 22 in time for Earth Day 2025 (after one month for pre-orders). I have written a lot of non-fiction (e.g., research articles, government reports on various environmental issues) and thought a hard science fiction book on climate change written by an environmental scientist would generate interest, sell and at the same time educate the reader. I had a good start – over 300 copies sold in first 2 weeks (from my contacts and Bookbub New Release feature). The few reviews that have tricked in are very positive (see https://www.amazon.com/Trek-Across-Ch... and https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... ) but little or no activity past two weeks (even with two free book promotions). I cannot seem to generate any free publicity / media interest; I have been sending epub/pdf out to science writers and book editors of various papers since March (I know late start). Will run promotion in coming week on Book Barbarian and Fussy Librarian. Here is the shortened blurb:
