2018 Reading Challenge Website (or how I am learning to branch out my reading)

Last year I came across a website that challenged me to read at least one book a month outside my culture or written by a person of color and had several books recommended for every month. This list was amazing and opened up my reading so much and I wanted to continue with this personal goal. The website featured mostly romance and YA books, which is my preference and I thought I had found my way to that website from SBTB. However, I can't find that website again or even if they're doing that challenge. Anyone has any idea where I might have found this? If not, recommendations where I can go to find new WOC authors, romances, YA, fantasy, sci-fi?
