I am finding that audiobooks go W A Y faster than just reading as I am not as easily distracted when I have the earbuds in. :-) Plus, I have no life. Seriously. So that helps with the reading goals too.

As someone who loves audiobooks, I usually find what I want between them and overdrive. Also, I don't have a ton to spend on books so my subscription means I have a lot more available to me and I know the authors/publishers are still being supported.

I agree - I am on the book buying ban this year and its been very good for my finances! LOL But adding Scribd has really opened a lot of the books that I thought I couldn't read this year [because of my eyes] because their catalog is so huge. Between that and Hoopla and OverDrive, I am basically set. There are some on Audible that I may have to get, but once I get my new glasses, I probably will let Audible go. Though I just got 5 audiobooks for less than the price of one hardcover sooooo.... ;-)
