James York (jamesmarie) | 11 comments I hate tooting my own horn - but decided to take the plunge and post about my book here :)

Nowhere I Know is a fun story about a rural Kansas town said to be protected from tornados, until one spring day that legend was put to the test. As the tornados head straight for the city limits, the town is transported into a new realm - a place that respects nature and humans have evolved in remarkable ways.

As the few townspeople left try to come to grips with their new surroundings, a young teen named Rose has her own issues to deal with and overcome.

Nowhere I Know is published in paperback as well as on all ebook platforms. I welcome all reviews as that is the only way I am going to grow as an author.

Thanks for checking this out! :)

Congratulations!

James York (jamesmarie) | 11 comments Thanks! :D

and publishing - I have found - is first of all a lot of research to decide what is the best way for you personally to publish. I decided on self-publishing mainly because I'm an instant gratification kinda gal and I didn't want to have to find an agent that would take on my book - smart or not that is where I'm at. Which also means I'm doing all my own marketing, building my own website, creating my own cover and video, etc - good thing my "day job" is as a Graphic Designer / Web Developer! LOL

James York (jamesmarie) | 11 comments Thank you! And if you do read it - please leave me a review even if you hate it... the only way I'm going to get better is if I know what I need to fix. :)
