Man there are some really serious readers in this group. Not that I was near the top in the other group, but WOW! Good Going guys.

This may be it for me. I'm going back to school for my Masters and classes start Tues and I have to work 12 hour shifts this weekend and Monday. Who knows I may be able to get one or two more in, I'll see how it goes. It's been fun so far and good luck getting shelves!

Do I smell spam???

Good luck on your masters. Just keep in mind, that if you do finish any books (even ones for classes) that are on Goodreads and hit the correct shelves, we have until October 31 to post. you'd be surprised what textbooks are on here!

120 shelves.

I was SO INCREDIBLY BUSY last semester. I was teaching a morning class, working full time, studying for and preparing lessons for my class... housework, feeding the hubby (and 4 pets)... I felt like I never had any time to read. So I started listening to audiobooks (CDs from the library) in the car to and from work, running around town on errands... while cleaning and cooking (on the laptop, or you can burn the CDs and put them on your mp3 player of choice)...
It's nice, because I felt like that time in the car, etc. wasn't being UTTERLY WASTED, and it's REALLY amazing how much I don't mind traffic or cleaning now... ;)
Anyway... update:
222 shelves

I have a feeling it's going to be slow going from here... The last three books I've read only had 2, 2, and 4 unique shelves. Maybe if I stopped reading YA and romance novels and tried branching out, I'd get somewhere...? ;)
Does anyone know where I can get an inspirational Christian theology textbook on photography, architecture, and economics? That would really help with some shelves... ;)

200 shelves.
Only hit one this time, but it was "-"!!"
Congratz! That's a hard one. I've had several books that "-" shows up on the 6th page... ugh! :)
