Damien was acting weird to say the least, and she wasn't sure why. She knew she wasn't the only one who noticed. She turned to Alexandra and smiled softly, "Thanks. I'll just get changed into my normal clothes and I'll meet you guys at the set." She was shocked by Damien answer, and realized it was the dress that was making act weird. She had never seen him like this, he was a very calm guy and thought things through before he said them, but she could tell that he wasn't ready or comfortable to say that to her. Which she thought was strange considering that he had complimented her before plenty of times yet he had never been like this. She thought it made him seem vulnerable, and she found it really cute. A bright blush plaster her cheeks as she realized that she practically staring at him in complete shock ever since those words came out of his mouth. She glanced over at Ashton almost as he she wanted him to tell her what was up but for the first time in her life she couldn't read his expression, "So, I'll meet you guys," she stated once again before heading towards the exit to go get her other clothes.
Once Reese was gone Ashton bursted into chuckles beside his dark haired friend, “Smooooth, Caine,” he teased as he patted his friend’s shoulders. He was surprised that yet somehow Reese was so focused on her self confidence that she didn’t put two and two together. If he kept acting like that around her she would discover it soon, if she already didn’t. He stood up from his chair and he straightened out his jeans, as if getting rid of the wrinkles. “Tomorrow is going to be fun isn’t it, Caine,” he winked as he turned towards Alexandra flashing her publicist a smile, “Let’s go, guys. The last photoshoot awaits.”

The last photoshoot awaits.”
Alexandra watched the exchanged with a small,cat-like grin on her red lips. The publicist lead them to a small grey room, with photographers and a giant fan. Alexandra was ushered to change and came back moments later, wearing a pleated white skirt and cropped white top, her hair in high pigtails.
"Alright guys, I want you to make her laugh, make her have the time of her life" The publisist said to Damien and Ashton, "All she has to do is looks natural while she laughs, can you guys make that happen?" she raised an eyebrow at them.

Yeah, this was all turning out so well. Damien was making an absolute idiot of himself, and he was sure Reese thought he had lost his mind. For a moment he felt like he was back to being twelve all over again. Back then Damien had been almost cripplingly shy and awkward-- even more so when he'd developed his very first serious crush. He couldn't even form one coherent word around the girl, and even when he did they still didn't make sense. His eyes narrowed when he looked towards his friend, grateful that Reese had left by then. "Shut up, okay? I don't know how to deal with this--" Cutting himself off, Damien looked in Alexandra's direction; heaving a sigh at the sight of the smile she wore. Wait ago, Caine. Even she knows! Fun. Right, that's exactly what the dance was going to be. But think about it, Damien was suddenly reminded. "Oh yeah, speaking of that," he began with a slightly apologetic grin as he turned to his best friend. "I'm not gonna be able to hang with you guys for most of it." He was sure to rush out the words before they were being led off once again. Though the publicist was speaking, Damien barely paid attention and simply nodded here and there. His mind was full; heavy with far too much going on in the past few days, and he just wanted to sleep.
Reese quickly got changed into her sweater and short shorts as she slide the dress into a plastic protecting cover. She quickly pulled out her phone knowing that she couldn't get Damien alone to ask him what the hell was up with him today so she decided to text him because he knew she knew that he had his phone, that way he couldn't avoid answering her. Once she finished, she slide it back into her pocket, and carried the dress carefully in her arms and she made her way back over to the photoshoot room. She took a deep breath before entering. This day was just full of awkwardness and she couldn’t wait to leave. Her eyes scanned the room, and of course she saw Damien first, like usual, then she noticed Ashton, whom seemed to be wearing a smug grin. She started to walk over noticing that the only seat left was beside Damien, and instantly knew it god hated her. She slide into the seat beside them only to hear Ashton saying the end of his joke, “Bro, you’re as funny as my cat.” Ashton thought he was funny. Legitimately. He said bad puns all the time and honestly no matter how much you told them they sucked her wouldn’t listen.
Never. Never in a million years Ashton would ever think that he’d see his best friend, Damien Caine, tongue tied infront of a women. The boy that could smooth talk a college girl her never talked to into sleeping with him, but yet couldn’t look at Reese when she wore a dress that complimented her in all the right places. Ashton found it downright entertaining. He glanced over at Alexandra and knew that she could instantly read Damien and he started crying, “At the rate you're going, the whole world is going to know by tomorrow.” He chuckled as he followed the rest of them out to the set, "What what do you mean by that?" he asked Caine, referring to how he wasn't going to be seeing him around. He listened to the orders from the publicist and quickly clapped his hands together ready for the challenge. He loved to make people laugh and he believed it was because his of good his jokes were but that wasn’t. His jokes were so bad and cheesy that it made people question how Ashton even thought they were funny. He curled his lips into a smile as he began, “How do celebrities say cool?” He waited a few seconds before adding, “Because they have many fans. ” He chuckled cracking himself up as he noticed Reese joining them and he sent her a playful glare, “Reese, you don’t even have a freaking cat.”

Alexandra laughed at Ashton's ridiculous joke from her position in front of the cameras. "That is lame Ashton!" She called out to him teasingly as the fan blew her skirt up, revealing the red panties that matched the stripe on her pleated skirt. She then winked at Reese, glad to see the dress in a bag next to her.
"Perfection" The cameraman said, "Keep it up!"
Alexandra continued to smile for the camera, her eyes constantly darting over to her friends, the tension between Damien and Reese only widening her grin.

Damien was fairly sure that his face was almost beet red and he cursed the fact that when he blushed-- it wasn't just his cheeks. His ears, his neck, pretty much his entire face got the red paint job. To make sure no one else noticed the boy kept his head down as they walked along, grumbling various obscenities directed towards his best friend at the comment. No no no, Damien had to be a lot more careful about this. It was bad enough that Ashton knew and Alexandra probably knew-- What was he going to do if Reese noticed as well? Just then his phone went off in his pocket, reaching to retrieve it and going pale when he saw who it was from. "Shit--" Being quick about responding to the text from Reese, he slid into one of the seats beside Ashton without much thought. At the question he gave a shrug before breaking out into a grin, answering with, "Looks like Caleb convinced the headmaster to let us play Homecoming." Which was literally the best thing that happened to him all day. He'd gotten the text from his bandmate that morning, which had given Damien the hope that it was going to be a good day. At least he had that to fall back on, right? So, for the time being he let his mind focus on that. But as soon as Ashton opened his mouth to tell his joke, Damien was suddenly very aware of someone else coming into the room. And sitting right beside him. Oh this was-- this was just great. Clearing his throat and keeping his focus forward, Damien elbowed Ashton in the side. "I'm pretty sure if bad jokes were illegal, your ass would be sentenced to life by now."
After the photos were finished, she stepped off the small platform and over to her friends. "And that's that! A day in the life of a model" she said to Reese with a smile, "I really hope you had a good time" she bit her lower lip, hoping she had, hoping they all had. She couldn't help but let her eyes flicker over to Ashton for a moment, then back to Reese
It was true, she didn’t even have a cat, hell she didn’t have a pet of any kind. She shot a playful smirk in Ashton’s direction as stated, “Well, my non-existent cat is still funnier than you.” She bursted out laughing at Damien response, it was funny because it was true. Ashton just shouldn’t be allowed to tell jokes or any kind, especially the ones he thought were the funniest. Reese grinned from ear to ear as Alexandra spoke and was quick to reply, "I had a blast. It was more amazing than I thought it would be." She stood up from her chair as she smoothed out her sweater, "What about you guys?" Her gaze flickered over to Damien and Ashton. She could tell that Damien was avoiding her gaze and she wasn't sure why. She felt her phone go off and she appeared down to see it was Damien, considering that he was texting her, he probably wasn't mad at her. She looked over at Ashton worriedly, and he just gave her a look that said, It's nothing. She knew Ashton was lying but decided not to push it, she sent him a quick reply before shoving her phone away in her pocket. It was strange having this kind of awkward feeling towards Damien because they were never awkward. They were always playful, childish and teasing and now it was if everything had changed she wondered if she had done something wrong. Deciding that she probably had, she shoved her hands into her pockets glancing over at the rest of the group, "You guys ready to go?" she asked, softly. She was excited to get out of this awkward tension fill air. She hugged her dress close as if it would some how teleport her away from here.

He had never seen Damien blush and he thought it was hilarious to see him so embarrassed over his little crush. He knew that Reese was eventually going to catch on to his strange behaviour sooner or later. Ashton shot Reese a glare, “Rude much,” he stated as he felt Damien’s elbow collide with his side and he flinched back. He let out a sigh as he turned towards his three friends who to his surprise didn’t find his jokes funny. He ran a hand through through his disheveled dark brown hair, “You guys are a tough crowd.” He shot then a over dramatic insulted look. Once the shoot was done he seat up and stretched a bit, listening to Reese go on and on about her amazing time. Ashton enjoyed himself as well, put him anywhere with friends and he’d have a good time. He flashed Alexandra a bright smile as he stated, “I had a good time time too. Thanks for letting us come.” He noticed even Reese mood change, and he realized that she noticed. Reese was observant it was only time that she got on. She paid close attention to how others acted around her because she believed that she was quick to bore and annoy people. She kept close tabs on all of us and she noticed that their was some kind of big elephant in the room. Ashton being Ashton could sense the almost hurt that was in her voice as she asked us if we were ready to go. Damien was going to have some serious explaining to do to her, and he honestly felt bad for the boy. He liked her and he knew that he couldn’t tell her, but what else was he suppose to say to make this ‘awkward’ new friendship okay that was on the rise. He nodded in Reese’s direction as he added, “I’m ready.”

"YeaI'm good to leave any time now" alexandra said hastily, hoping to avoid any more awkwardness than there already was. "A company car will brimg us back again"
Damien wasn't sure if he was happy or a bit disappointed the shoot was over. Happy because at least now he'd be able to go off on his own and be left alone with his thoughts. But disappointed because-- the same reason. Rather than thinking about this though, he focused more on everyone else talking around him. It was almost fascinating to Damien the way the staff members would bustle around the set, changing one thing for another or getting rid of something else all together. It reminded him a bit of setting up and taking down the stage during his band's gigs. "It was...pretty cool," he chimed up with his friends in regards to the shoot. And even to his own ears, Damien sounded far more interested than he would've ever thought himself to be. But from the corner of his eye he caught sight of Reese; saw the way her expression had changed-- the way she was looking at him. And he wanted to smack himself before climbing into a ditch somewhere. It's my fault for acting so awkward... Turning to her fully, Damien did his best to catch her gaze before offering up a reassuring smile. One he hoped said 'Everything's okay I promise.' With a clearing of his throat, the boy stood from his chair then and gave a quick nod. "I'm ready to head out, too."
"So, we should go wait outside?" she asked as she peered up from her feet meeting Damien's gaze. She could tell that he was trying to reassume her that everything was okay, but if everything was okay he wouldn't need to, right? She looked over at Ashton, whom once again, was telling her that 'everything was fine'. She looked between her two friends and she could tell something was up, know both of then were acting weird. Her eyes flickered over to Alexandra wondering if she saw it to, or if it was just her. Am I going crazy? Maybe it's in my head. She quickly sent off a text to Alexandra, Bro, is it just me or is D acting strange? She wasn't sure if she was hoping for a yes or a no. Yes, would mean that she was right. That was a pro because that meant she wasn't crazy, but also a con because then she was right. No, mean she was crazy. Which is a con, but a pro because that meant her and Damien were fine. She sent a quick text to Stephan saying she was on her way. She tucked her phone back in her pocket as she turned her attention back to her friends, "You guys excited for tomorrow night? Oh, and do you mind if my friend joins our group for the night?"
--
Ashton ran a hand through his head, Reese was already sniffing around for information, and he instantly felt for Damien. It truly was not his day. She looked over at him for information and he reassured her it was fine, but it was mixed with a little 'stop looking' and he knew she caught on to his vibe. Since she started to look at him with strange eyes. "Yeah, outside, goodddd," he responded, as he started to walk out with him. He could tell that Reese was on her phone, and he wondered if she was actually texting Stephan, "Yeah. I'm excited for tomorrow," he started to explain as he turned towards her with a smile, "Yeah, its fine. Wait, what friend?"

"Yea I'm sure theyll be here right away" Alexandra replied, as they headed beck out into the fresh air. "Ashton, im going to stoping at my house after we get back. But i wont be gone long or anything." She said with a pleasent smile
((alright so should we time lapse to the evening, so Ashton can go to Gwen's and Reese can meet Stephan?))
((alright so should we time lapse to the evening, so Ashton can go to Gwen's and Reese can meet Stephan?))
Following along with the others as they headed outside, Damien's mind was already somewhere other then there. Maybe if he kept his thoughts preoccupied his strangeness wouldn't seep out to easily. The situation as a whole was already way too awkward and he wasn't exactly making that better. There was no way he wanted Reese thinking she'd done something wrong; that it was her fault he was acting off. Though the reason had to do with his friend, Damien didn't want the blame unnecessarily being shifted to her. It was his own fault. He had let this happen and now he was dealing with it in his own way. Being so thoroughly distracted with trying to not think, Damien had almost missed the question that was asked. "Wha-- Oh, yeah, I guess I'm excited or whatever," he answered with a laugh soon following. Only to have the sound cut off midway at Reese's request. Stephan. There was no one else that that 'friend' could be. Without thinking about it, Damien had gritted his teeth and turned to face away from his friends. Clearly he couldn't even force himself to handle this. "Actually, I'ma go on ahead. I got band practice and Caleb's a stickler about bein' late. I'm out." Giving a half hearted wave over his shoulder, the boy shoved his hands in his pockets and hunched his shoulders before walking off. He'd catch a cab back to the hotel and be done with the day-- or so he told himself. Because right then he was utterly...and completely...done
