That book has been split between the isbn 10 & 13. The 13 isbn already had 397 pages. I've added the cover and I suspect I'll have to refer it to the supers to merge.

The other edition has that date. Its now in the hands of the supers. If the date doesn't get added, just post again and I or someone else will fix it for you :)
Not sure how long till they get to it, so just have a look every couple of days. Being so close to Christmas it may take longer, or it might not, no way to tell.
