Can't remember please help me find

Please help my find the name of a book. I remember it starts off at h friend's house party, her friend is pregnant and married to a rich guy and she leaves with her friend's husband's friend they go to H house and have a night together which she ends up pregnant but H can not accept it due to already have lost his first wife and baby son. And he gets even more upset when they find out its going to be a boy, they have an argument h leaves H and goes back to her apartment which catches on fire while she was inside sleeping but she gets rescued out and last i remember the ending was when he comes to terms he loves h and his new son and wouldn't be happy if anything happens to them then they are at the hospital where h gives birth and H brings out the baby to the friends to meet. If anybody knows which book is this it would be greatly appreciated have tried everything to find it. Thanks
