This book I think was published in the 90's. The story is about a vampire who gets thrown in jail with a drunk guy and then breaks him and this guy out. The guy was going on about his girlfriend who disappeared. The vampire decides to help find her. She left behind creepy art. Through the adventure it turns out that this girl had "sisters" that were actually splits off of herself for each different part of her personality and she had been kidnapped by another vampire who was using some of her psychic abilities.

Is the vampire a detective/private investigator?
What's the location - country, region, big city/small town?
I believe the genre was young adult. The vampire decided to help because he was bored. It starts off in a big city but I don’t remember the name of the city, some place like New York or Chicago.

I'm pasting what you wrote in your other thread here just in case there are small differences:
"A vampire gets put in jail and ends up helping a guy break out. The guys girlfriend had disappeared after painting her nightmares of a scary place. Turns out the girl has undergone a body split done by a different vampire so that each of her personalities has been split into an identical replica of herself. The boyfriend and vampire end up trying to track her down by going to the places from her paintings that turned out to be real places."
