Yes, you choose who you kill. If everyone claims a kill off, there will still be the tributes (our characters) left, so don't worry. It worked in the last Arena!:)

SO like for the arena we can't just go up to people and be like "Bronn thrust his spear at so and so" and let them contend with it or give in and die? Like as long as we arent saying "Bronn thrust his sword all the way through so and so then cut the head off so and so then wathed as a mutt killed so and so. Cannon ater cannon rang it's report until Bronn was the only one left alive andwas crowned as the victor"? LOL

Noooo! You can't do that! You'd have to ask the roleplayer of the character before doing any harm. This is fine, however:

'Jack threw his knife at Anna, watching as it hurtled through the air.'

That would work because you're giving the other character options as to what could happen! This is NOT okay:

'Jack threw his knife at Anna, watching as it hurtled through the air and stabbed her in the chest.'
