Ethel (ethelf) | 3 comments First, I am so grateful to be a part of this group, didn't know it existed. I really need your help. I am having a problem downloading a title I was approved for. Each time I ask it to be sent to my Kindle I keep getting the wrong title. This is a first, since I have never had this problem before. I'm getting no help from NetGalley and have in fact just written to the publisher. Don't know what to expect from them!

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

I've never experienced this problem with NetGalley.
I'm wondering if it might be the same book, but with a different title? Often publishers have differing titles for European and North American audiences. Just a thought...

Michelle | 3 comments I've had this happen a couple of times. It has always got sorted within a day or two but you might not hear back from NetGalley very quickly due to it being the weekend.

Thank you for letting me know. This has been going on since Thursday and I have sent them information twice before. So this morning I sent out another message hoping when they come in on Monday they see it again. I appreciate your response! Happy Holidays.
