Getting more traffic to Blog

Happnin folks. A writer of crime fiction here building towards the eventual publication of my debut novel Pure Angst. Have been running a blog on my website for a while, wondered if anyone had any tips on how to increase traffic besides the obvious tweeting sharing on social media etc?
Also how do you import your blog to Goodreads?

I've been wondering that myself. I'm going to be fixing up my blog by organizing it better, making it simpler to search for topics and try to blog more. I'd suggest writing more topics about the genre your in and blogging about 4-5 topics your passionate about.

Yeah, I definitely need to get it more active. Even once every couple of weeks, the challenge of course is driving the traffic towards it and getting folk to read the thing!
