Samantha | 14 comments So I received an email that appears to be from GR. It's seemingly a reply but the quoted text is blank. Would a genuine GR Support email say from "support@goodreads.com via freshdesk.com"?

It basically states don't make series out of imprints, which I know, and which I did not do, and I can't find anything similar in my recent edits list.

Anyone ever gotten something like this? I feel its probably a creative scam but the links are genuine. The subject line is "Re: [#522465] Librarian Policy" I can't figure out what that # goes to.

Cassandra (cassanj) | 4919 comments I would contact support if you're unsure- https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta.... This isn't something any librarian can verify for you.

☕ Lachgas ♿ (lachgas) | 9386 comments Google says Freshdesk is just a tool to provide online customer support (Customer Support Software & Ticketing System) - so that might be a valid mail.
(companies often use such tools so I wouldn't be suspicious about that)

Yes. If you have questions about such emails, please either reply to the email itself or use the Contact Us link on the Help page.
