Book Issues would be a better folder. Although these books are in a series, the issue is that they are incorrectly combined.

Most All editions are separated, still checking some of the foreign editions.

I see how this might have happened. For the German editions of Maigret and the Minister, one has 46 in the title, the other 48. (Combining should not be done on series number, different publishers might use a different numbering. It is most likely what happened.) Or the German edition was just added when they were already incorrectly combined, as both have 46 on the cover.
