Unfortunately, from everything I've read here when someone else asked this question...there's no way to "transfer" reviews between AMZ and GR or vice versa.
I'm assuming the logic is that it's up to a reviewer where to post a review...just on his/her blog, on someone else's blog, at AMZ, at GR, or wherever. And whether the review is posted in one location or many is a decision only the reviewer can make.
And I'm reasonably sure that if you were to contact those AMZ reviewers and ask them to post here, you'd be at risk of violating GR's Terms of Service.
However, your best bet for getting an authoritative answer is to email GR support with the question. I think that address is simply: support AT goodreads DOT com.
Hope this helps.
Eric

Thankyou Eric for your comprehensive reply.

Eric is right, you can't. Reviews belong to the reviewer, and it's up to them where they post it. Many people who post reviews on Amazon aren't GoodReads users.
The good news is they're on Amazon, where potential customers are actually shopping :D

That's really good. Thankyou Jaclyn
I made a suggestion about sharing reviews under the "Ask Goodreads" category. It caused quite an uproar. But, one moderator said he would pass my suggestion along. Apparently, this comes up quite frequently. It makes no sense to me, if Amazon and Goodreads are partnering, why they can't share reviews, with the reviewer's permission. You can see the entire chain in Ask Goodreads.

Respectfully, Vanessa, it was JoAnn who was asking what might technically be considered an "off-topic" post, but considering this topic is only 10 posts long, I suggest it's no big deal. And Shaun, who I believe is one of the GR folks (official GR title unknown) who answer questions, simply did her the courtesy of responding.
Just my USD .02.
My apologies if offense was given, as none was intended.
